Cookie Policy

We only set what is strictly necessary until you tell us otherwise. Analytics are not loaded, and no analytics cookies are written, unless you accept them. Declining analytics does not limit any part of the site.

These are needed for the site to work and for security, so they do not require consent.

• Authentication session: stored by our authentication provider in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Cleared when you sign out.
• Your cookie choice: a small local storage entry (l2c.consent) recording whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we do not ask on every page.
• Your on-site preferences: saved and compared coaches, and in-progress form answers, kept in local storage on your own device so you do not lose them.

If you accept, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors arrived from (for example a search engine, Instagram, or a campaign link), and interactions with key features such as joining the launch list. This is aggregate product analytics; we do not use it to advertise to you.

• Purpose: measuring traffic, referral source and feature usage.
• Typical lifespan: up to 12 months.

Analytics are currently switched off at platform level while we finish pre-launch work, and will only ever run for visitors who have accepted.

We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.

Where we link to Instagram or other external sites, those sites set their own cookies once you are on them, under their own policies. We do not embed third-party tracking pixels on this site.

Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than from a third-party font service, so simply visiting the site does not send your IP address to another provider before you have made a cookie choice.
