Link2Coach is operated by LINK2COACH LTD, registered in England and Wales with company number 17334702, registered office Flat 2 Bradwell House, 12 East Street, Havant, PO9 1AQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@link2coach.co.uk. References to "we", "us" and "Link2Coach" mean that company.

Link2Coach is an online platform that helps people in the UK find coaches and personal trainers, and helps coaches be found. We provide profiles, search, matching, messaging, consultation requests and reviews.

We do not provide coaching, training, medical, nutritional or health advice, and we do not employ, supervise or direct coaches. Coaches on Link2Coach are independent self-employed professionals or businesses. Any coaching agreement is made directly between you and the coach. We are not a party to it.

We check the qualification and insurance evidence coaches give us before publishing a profile, and we require coaches to keep that evidence current. We do not carry out identity checks or DBS checks, and we do not independently audit a coach's competence or the outcomes they achieve. Please satisfy yourself that a coach is right for you before you commit.

We do not guarantee that you will find a suitable coach, that a coach will respond, or that you will achieve any particular fitness, health, weight or performance result.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or join our launch list.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.
• One person, one account. Do not share or transfer your account.
• When you sign up we record that you accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy, including the version and the date.

Clients do not pay Link2Coach. Searching, matching, messaging, enquiries and reviews are free for clients.

Coaches pay us a monthly membership fee to list. Membership pricing, free trials, billing and cancellation are set out in our Coach Terms.

We do not process payments for coaching services. Coaches set their own prices, and payment for sessions, packages and paid consultations is arranged directly between the client and the coach outside Link2Coach. We take no commission from coaching fees and we are not responsible for coach refunds, cancellations or no-shows.

You can message coaches and request consultations through the platform. Free consultations, where offered, are arranged through Link2Coach. Where a coach charges for a consultation or session, that arrangement and its payment are between you and the coach.

Use messaging for genuine coaching enquiries. Do not use it to send spam, abuse, unlawful content or unsolicited marketing, and do not attempt to move a person off the platform in order to evade these terms.

• You may review a coach only where you have genuinely been in contact with them through Link2Coach.
• Reviews must be your own honest experience. Fake, incentivised, defamatory, discriminatory or malicious reviews are not allowed.
• You can edit or delete your review within 14 days of posting it. After that, contact us.
• Coaches may reply, and may give private feedback that is not published.
• Anyone can report a review, profile or message. We may hide content while we look into a report, and remove it if it breaches these terms.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it as part of operating and promoting the platform.

• Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or misleading content.
• Do not impersonate anyone, or claim qualifications, insurance or accreditation you do not hold.
• Do not scrape, copy or bulk-extract profiles or reviews, or attempt to interfere with the security of the platform.
• Do not use Link2Coach to advertise unrelated products or services.

We may suspend or remove content, hide a profile from search, or suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where we receive a credible report of harm, where a coach's verification lapses, or where the law requires it. Where practical we will explain why and give you a chance to respond.

You can delete your client account at any time from your account settings. Coach accounts involve a live listing, a membership and client relationships, so email us and we will close them properly. Deletion is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Link2Coach available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we carry out maintenance and updates. Parts of the platform open in stages around launch.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a coach or a client, for the coaching services themselves, for injury, illness or loss arising from coaching you arrange with a coach, for content posted by users, or for loss you suffer because you relied on a profile without making your own checks. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, income or opportunity.

Where we are liable to a client, our total liability is limited to £100, since clients pay us nothing. Where we are liable to a coach, our total liability is limited to the membership fees that coach paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Physical training carries risk. Speak to a doctor before starting or significantly changing an exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a health condition. Tell your coach about anything relevant to your safety. Coaches must work within their competence and refer you on where appropriate.

We rely on third parties including our hosting and database providers, our payment provider Stripe, and Google for sign-in and email delivery. Their availability is outside our control. External links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for other websites.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page always shows the current wording. If a change materially affects you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Link2Coach after that means you accept the updated terms.

If something goes wrong, email hello@link2coach.co.uk and we will try to resolve it. A dispute about coaching itself is between the client and the coach; we may help by sharing relevant platform records where it is appropriate and lawful to do so.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
